Documents the experiences from various stakeholders of Seton Villa to inform the Building our Future infrastructure project 2018-2028 and the strategic communications plan. Define the critical pillars that will support Seton Villa’s objectives during a period of strategic change and capital works.
Brandswell conducted extensive interviews, facilitated workshops and surveys (62 participants), with key existing stakeholders to assess the current sentiments and perceptions. Desktop research of the industry including site visits helped develop an understanding of alternative services and Seton Villa’s positioning in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Brandswell distilled the shared experiences and perceptions in a comprehensive report for the Board to inform the very important future strategies.
